Why Mental Hygiene?

Give Yourself a Moment of Truth

01

Do you care for your mind as much as you care for your body?

02

Do you wait for struggles to address your mental health?

03

Would you consider your mental health a priority?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, the Mental Hygiene Therapeutic Approach (MHTA) provides a proactive, intentional pathway to enhance your mental well-being.

Through Mental Hygiene, I bridge various psychological frameworks—both Western and Eastern—to offer a holistic view of the human experience. By integrating Integral, Transpersonal, and Positive Psychology with somatic practices, I embrace evidence-based and spiritual approaches that foster deeper understanding and well-being on both personal and societal levels.

This approach connects traditional Western psychology (e.g., cognitive and behavioral) with Eastern practices (e.g., meditation and mind-body techniques), combining modern psychological insights with spiritual inquiry. Exploring the human experience through the lenses of body, emotions, mind, and spirit, I emphasize personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual principles as the foundation for individual evolution.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
